My elbows are covered in mini bumps.some itch, idk wtf it is.?
It’s been happening on and off for years. I’ve been to 2 different doctors about it, and both of them did nothing to help me figure out the issue. I’ve been doing a little bit of research online. I’m finding people have similar issues, but they aren’t the same. I’m pretty sure it’s not allergy related. It’s not because I lean on stuff . Nothing triggers them that I can recognize.
They are small. about the size of a seed bead. There are about 30 on each elbow. Some itch. I’m trying not to itch them. There are a few on my arms but only about 5.
In the past I’ve used hydrocortizone, various unscented lotions, bio oil, and rubbing alcohol.
I’ve tried changing soaps, detergents, perfumes, etc. It’s not related to that. Or it would be on my entire body. I don’t know if my insurance covers a dermatologist, I’m going to make an appointment with another doctor. I would like to know a few things it could be… so when I go, my dr can maybe be able to narrow it down. idk.
try to take a cool shower and use dove soaps, or try using gold bond powder.
