Alice in Wonderland costume!!!!!?
Okay, i’m going as Alice in Wonderland (<333333333333333) to my friend's costume party and I'm getting this dress:

I think it's called a crinoline underskirt? I need ones that cheap and good!!

It’s called a crinoline petticoat. They are either made of all tulle (like a ballet skirt) with the layer closest to your skin being a softer material, or a combination of tulle and other materials. You should be able to find them locally at a bridal shop or formal dress/prom shop, or buy through Ebay.
