help!!! PROM DRESSS!!!!?
hi! ok so my prom dress is light pink on top silver in the middle with diamond rhinestones on it and black ruffled at the waist and bottom…. it is really nice and elegant looking i bought black prom shoes my mom was thinking light pink jewelry would look nice on the dress but i think black or silver jewelry would look better.. what do you think? also it is a masquerade prom and i was planning on buying some long black silk gloves that go up to my elbow and buying a black mask but i dnt really want to wear a mask you know i dont even know where i would get one help!!!!??? also i dont want to get my hair done or nails done for prom so what hairstyle should i do with my hair my hair is wavy and i usually dont straighten it… so maybe all straight like brittany snow in prom night or should i curl the ends what should i do???

My senior prom was a masquerade ball and my dress was hot pink.
Half way through the night, you are inevitably going to take your shoes off and dance barefoot. So if you are wearing a long dress and you really cannot see your shoes, I wouldn’t worry about making sure you accessorize with the color of your shoes. (Perhaps, you should take back the black shoes as well and get some silver ones, if you can see your shoes.)
Your dress sounds elegant, not so much edgy. So I would lay off the black jewelry a bit. I would go for big bling: big rhinestone earrings and a big rhinestone ring and bracelet—definitely do long, elbow length gloves in black, to go with the black ruffles on the waist and floor hem. I would not suggest a necklace, especially if you are going to wear a large earring/drop earrings. As for the mask, GO FOR IT! Buy a black masquerade mask at a craft store and get some light pink/silver/rhinestone decorations. Remember: less is more on the mask.
Do you hair stick straight and put it into and elegant ponytail. I think you should have your hair off your neck because of all the dancing you will be doing. (Elegant pony: wrap a bit of your hair around the hair band to hide it.)
