How old is too old for a flower girl/ring bearer?
The kids I nanny have always said that when i get married they want to be flower girl/ring bearer, but by the time i get married they’ll be 9 (girl) and 11 (boy). Is that too old? They don’t seem to care, although who knows how they’ll feel in a year. Or would there be a better role for them? I’ve been with the family for years and would like to include the kids who mean so much to me.
According to Wikipedia, 10 is the upper limit for a flower girl. It doesn’t specify for page boy, but I guess it’s about the same. If they always said they wanted to do it, I don’t think one year is going to make them change their mind.
