how are you lining up your bridal party?
Is it by height or how are you pairing them up to walk down the aisle?
I’ve never been married but I hope to be in the somewhat-near future but my mother and grandmother were/have been wedding directors for NUMEROUS weddings and this was always a question that the bride didn’t think of until the director brought it up. Most of the brides chose to line both sides (disregarding the maid of honor/matron of honor and best man) up from shortest to tallest or vice versa. I’ve seen brides do it both ways and some brides line their party up in relation to themselves (ex: if the bride is really tall, shortest on the outside tallest on the inside and vice versa). This gives the line-up a more uniform look. You also want to consider if you have steps leading up to where you and your hubby will be. You could arrange the party on the steps so they’re all around the same height or so that the tallest doesn’t look 10 feet tall and the shortest doesn’t look 2 feet tall.
