How should I tell my mom i don’t want to wear her prom dress?
My mom wore this prom dress to her prom and both my sisters wore it to their prom but it is really old fashioned now and one of my sisters got laughed at. It is from, like, 1977. I would rather wear something like this

well, you could start nicely with the mom i swear im gonna spill on this or like trip when im dancing and rip it. its your memories and i dont want to put the dress in danger. something along those lines.
if she insists you could go a little harsher.
tell her that this is your night and you want it to be perfect and you really want to have your own dress that you can have forever and share with your kids, not have to share the memories of the dress with your sisters families too, and fight over who gets to keep it.
most importantly, make sure your sisters back you up and once your mom understands dont let her feel sad! cheerher up with one of her favorites!
