How to scallop chicken?
I have a recipe that says to cut each chicken breast in half and pound it into scallops. Well I’ve been trying to look up just how to pound a breast into scallops with no luck (don’t have a lot of time to look it up). Does anyone know what this means? I know how to pound chicken, but I don’t know what it means to pound it into scallops.
It merely means to pound the thicker part so you have a uniform thickness.
